Matrix7’s Managed IT Service includes three key components:
- M7Watch: This is the tool we use (pictured below) to keep a critical eye on your system. In addition to providing reports and trends on many key systems, equipment and operations, it alerts us to actual and potential failures. It is also available for your IT staff if you have one.
- Regular Preventative Maintenance: Your equipment will always have the latest security patches no matter how many times Microsoft distributes them
- Corrective Maintenance: Matrix7 will repair malfunctioning systems and equipment or help your own IT staff make the corrections.
